Thursday was Mystic Seaport!!

     I was able to watch as some young ladies dressed in period costume played a lawn game!!

   Can you imagine having to get dressed and put on shoes to go outside to go to the bathroom!! Well, I guess if you've been camping you can!!

All in all I would say had quite a nice time on vacation, what with Newport on Tuesday, going to a spa on Wednesday, Thursday at the Seaport and visits to my girlfriend and shopping!! Scattered throughout were four of the wineries on the Connecticut Wine Trail that I was able to visit, Stonington Vineyards and  Jonathan Edwards in No. Stonington, Chamard in Clinton and Bishops Orchards Winery in Guilford!! There is just so much stuff to do out in that part of Connecticut!!

 

My SnB friends will also appreciate the fact that I was able to hit, Mystic River Yarns, Saybrook Yarn and Madison Yarn on my way home (Don't

even ask how much I spent, ladies).

Although there are many places that I would like to see before I

leave this earth, I do believe that home is the best place of all!!

                       There is not a better place to live than right here!!!
