I went to a picnic last night and to watch fireworks!! We played Scattergories too!! I really enjoyed that game. Someone throws a die and the letter that comes up is the first letter of your answers. You get extra points for doubles. If your letter is L and one of your answers is Lois Lane you score extra points. I need to go and but this game for myself. I also made a cake for the picnic and it came out pretty nice!
In knitting news I am back to work on my fingerless mitts! A while ago, one of my needles broke and It was a few weeks before I figured out how to get them off those needles and on to new ones. Thanks to my cousins wife who suggested that I move them to dpns before the new needles (I was trying to go straight to the new ones). Now its on to the thumbs! I may add a few pics later.
